Our Story
Our journey into brewing began in April 2020, making us the first brewery in Beavercreek, OH! The venture has been led by Head Brewer David Jennings, who has been pivotal in curating a dynamic selection of house brews. The day-to-day operations are smoothly run by Kristi Jennings, ensuring every guest’s experience is of the highest quality. Whether you're in for a bite, a sip, or both, The Wandering Griffin is your local hub for a memorable dining and drinking experience.
Our brewpub has been a labor of love. You can see it in everything we do, from the beautiful details of our art deco bar on the pub side, to the industrial beauty of our small-scale 7 barrel system at the brewery, to the dedication to quality in each beer that we can or keg. Griffin knows the value of hard work. We work hard to serve great, accessible brews for those that serve us. We love what we do and hope you enjoy our beers!
